About Zapier

Zapier is an industry leader for no-code and low-code integrations. They are a third-party product that allows users to integrate software tools they use everyday β€” wholly separate from Record360.

It is super user friendly, does not require custom development, nor a deep understanding of APIs. A "Zap" can be set up in just a few minutes. Using Record360’s integration tools, we have built a Zapier app to enable our customers to integrate between Record360 and thousands of other apps available in Zapier’s app marketplace, in order to enable business processes and automate workflows.

Creating an account

Zapier is external to Record360. In order to integrate the Record360 app with other Zapier apps in the marketplace, you will need to create an account with Zapier.

To sign up with Zapier:

  1. Visit Zapier.com
  2. Click Sign Up in the upper right hand corner
  3. Follow the steps to sign up
  4. Start creating Zaps!

Pricing

Once you’ve created an account, you will be put into a free plan, which is Zapier’s introductory plan level for individual users. If you’d like to invite other team members to your account, you will need to upgrade to the Team plan. Zapier is priced separately from Record360, and is based on the numbers of β€œTasks” generated in Zapier. Tasks are defined a a Zap that runs once. As you start to create your first Zaps, and get a sense of your task volume, you’ll be able to determine which plan level is right for you. See here for a breakdown of (Zapier's pricing.).
